A: Yes, Ultracut has been manufacturing specialised cutting tools such as reamers and drills in Australia since early 1991 and in 2011 Ultracut became a proud member of the Australian Made organization.

Q: Has Ultracut acquired the foremost certification of ISO 9001?

A: Yes, Ultracut has been endorsed with the ISO 9001 rating since 2004.

Q: Can a drawing be supplied to Ultracut to design/quote a metalworking tool from?

A: Yes, we encourage sending as much information as possible, a drawing or even a sketch, then after the initial design, an approval drawing, created by Ultracut can be sent to the customer to ensure the product designed is exactly what’s required.

Q: Can a quick turnaround delivery be maintained?

A: Yes, but this will be agreed upon prior to placing the order.

Q: Can Ultracut sales staff be reached anytime for assistance regarding orders, cutting needs or general enquiries?

A: Our sales staff operates between 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Does Ultracut ship to international locations?

A: Yes, international buyers are more than welcome, but they must incur any postal/custom fees.
